General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Cardmarket marketplace operated by Cardmarket, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Los Angeles, California. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms in full.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have legal guardian consent) to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Marketplace Role

Cardmarket acts as a neutral platform connecting buyers and sellers. Contracts of sale are concluded directly between users. Cardmarket is not a party to those contracts but provides escrow, mediation and buyer protection services.

4. Fees

Buying is free. Sellers pay a commission on completed sales as detailed in their seller dashboard.

5. Prohibited Items

Counterfeit cards, altered cards sold as authentic, and any items violating applicable law are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

6. Liability

Cardmarket's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Buyer protection covers eligible orders up to the order total.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the user agreement at any time. Outstanding orders must be completed before account closure.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
